Yes, which is a good thing. Your testosterone, estrogen, thyroid, PSA, and other markers determine your exact protocol. Without that data, no legitimate clinician can prescribe safely. We don’t do one-size-fits-all.
Testosterone Cypionate is the gold standard for TRT. It’s well-studied and widely used. Ongoing lab work ensures your protocol stays dialed in. We operate fully within U.S. medical and pharmacy law.
Once your bloodwork and consultation are completed, and the physician determines that medication is appropriate, your prescription will be processed. Please allow standard shipping time for delivery.

Insurance often doesn’t cover TRT or the bloodwork that goes with it. That’s part of why traditional TRT costs $500–$800/month when you add everything up. Our direct-to-consumer model cuts out the insurance infrastructure entirely, which is a big part of how we keep the price where it is.
They can, but most don’t specialize in it. General practitioners typically don’t order a full hormone panel and may not be familiar with the supporting medications that make TRT safer and more effective. Specialization matters here.
