We're a physician-supervised men's health clinic focused on hormone optimization. You get bloodwork, a telemedicine consultation with a licensed provider, and a personalized treatment protocol — all for a fraction of what a traditional clinic charges. Everything is handled online, and your medication ships directly to your door.
It's a simple three-step process.
Step 1 — Get your labs: order your bloodwork panel ($99) and we send you to a local draw site, no doctor's order needed.
Step 2 — Meet with a provider: a licensed clinician reviews your results and builds a protocol tailored to your specific numbers and goals.
Step 3 — Receive your medication: your prescription ships directly to your door, with ongoing monitoring and dosage adjustments included.
Yes — completely legal. Testosterone is a Schedule III controlled substance, which means it requires a valid prescription. That's exactly what we provide. Our licensed physicians review your labs, evaluate your health history, and write a prescription only when clinically appropriate. We operate fully within U.S. medical and pharmacy law.
We currently serve most U.S. states. A small number of states have restrictions on telemedicine-based prescribing for hormone therapy. If you're unsure whether we serve your area, reach out to our team before ordering and we'll confirm right away.
TRT is billed in supply cycles — and when you break it down monthly, $99/month is exactly what you pay. Our 10-week supply is $250, which works out to $99/month. Longer plans bring the monthly cost down even further. Your bloodwork and physician consultation is an additional $99 every 6 months, covering your labs and provider review. Compare that to a traditional men's clinic charging $300–$500/month for the same thing, and the value is clear. No hidden fees. No surprise charges.
Because prescribing without labs isn't medicine — it's guessing. Your testosterone levels, estrogen, thyroid, PSA, and other markers determine your exact protocol. Without that data, no legitimate physician can prescribe safely. This also protects you: you'll know exactly what your body needs rather than being put on a one-size-fits-all dose.
No contracts. No cancellation fees. You can pause or cancel your membership at any time. We earn your business month to month by delivering results — not by trapping you in a commitment you didn't want.
We are a direct-pay clinic and do not bill insurance. However, many men find that even without insurance, our pricing is lower than their out-of-pocket cost at a traditional clinic. HSA and FSA cards are accepted. We can also provide a detailed receipt if you'd like to submit for out-of-network reimbursement.
Your bloodwork tells the story. If your total testosterone is below optimal range and you're experiencing symptoms — fatigue, low libido, brain fog, loss of muscle, mood changes, poor sleep — you're likely a good candidate. Our providers will review your full panel and health history before making any recommendation. If TRT isn't right for you, they'll tell you that too.
We prescribe injectable testosterone cypionate, which is the gold standard for TRT. It's bioidentical, well-studied, and highly effective. Injections give your provider precise control over dosing — something topical gels and patches can't match. Most patients inject once or twice per week using a small subcutaneous needle. We'll walk you through everything.
Most men notice improved energy and mood within the first 2–4 weeks. Libido and mental clarity typically improve in weeks 4–8. More significant changes in body composition — muscle gain, fat loss — become noticeable around months 3–6. TRT isn't an overnight fix; it's a long-term investment in how you feel and function every day.
When properly dosed and monitored, TRT is very well tolerated. Possible side effects include elevated red blood cell count, mild acne, or water retention — all of which are manageable through dose adjustments. That's exactly why we require regular bloodwork. We catch issues early and adjust before they become problems. TRT without monitoring is the issue — not TRT itself.
This is a legitimate concern and we take it seriously. Exogenous testosterone can suppress natural sperm production. If you're actively trying to conceive, let your provider know — there are protocols such as HCG or Clomid that can preserve fertility while still addressing low T. Honesty upfront leads to a better protocol for your specific situation.
We do not automatically share your information with other physicians. Your health information is private and handled in compliance with HIPAA. That said, we always recommend transparency with your PCP — they'll need to know your current medications for your overall care. Most physicians are supportive of properly managed TRT.
We offer a full men's health formulary including peptide therapy (Sermorelin, Tesamorelin, IGF-1 LR3) for recovery, body composition, and growth hormone support; weight loss programs with Semaglutide and Tirzepatide; sexual health treatments including Tadalafil and Sildenafil; and cellular health options including NAD+, Glutathione, and B12 injections. All treatments require a consultation and are only prescribed when clinically appropriate.
You can call or text us at 855-99TRT99, email info@99trtclub.com, or submit a message through our contact page. Our team is available to answer questions about your protocol, shipping status, lab results, or anything else. You'll never wait on hold with an automated system — we're a real team built around real service.
If your testosterone levels fall within the "normal" reference range, TRT may not be the right fit. But "normal" is a wide range — a 45-year-old man at 320 ng/dL is technically normal but may feel significantly better at 700. Your provider will look at the full picture, including your symptoms and how you feel, not just a number on a chart. There may also be other treatments that address the underlying cause.
